Policies at Our Mobile Veterinary Clinic Between New Braunfels and Bulverde

If your pet needs a wellness check, prescription medications, or other types of veterinary care, you’ve come to the right place. To make your pet’s vet visits as convenient and stress-free as possible, we have a handful of policies that we ask you to follow. Please keep these policies in mind before booking appointments with our mobile clinic: 

1. House calls are usually by appointment only depending on availability. If your pet needs emergency veterinary care, please contact an emergency animal hospital ASAP. If you need recommendations for a local animal hospital, we can provide a referral. 
2. All appointments must be confirmed 2 days prior to the appointment. This allows our team to account for travel time in our daily schedule and ensure we can provide top-notch care to as many pets as possible. 
3. All services will be performed in our mobile clinic. We will not enter your home at any time, and we will not provide care for pets in your home. 

Additional Protocols for Cats and Dogs 

Please keep in mind that we utilize a generator on board our mobile vet clinic to power our lights and devices. This generator sometimes makes pets a little nervous during first-time visits. As such, we kindly ask that all dogs be on a leash or in a carrier when entering our mobile veterinary clinic to prevent them from running off. Additionally, all cats must also be in a carrier to ensure they remain secure and calm during their visit. These protocols help to minimize stress and anxiety for both pets and their owners, creating a more positive experience for everyone involved.
